Nights seem endless. The clouds disappear. Birds hide in their nests. There’s barely anything left of the stars in the sky.
Unknown creatures venture more freely in the forests, and so do the scary thoughts in the wilderness of my mind.
But the moon reminds me of his face.
His radiance glides through the skies and drenches me in delight. It becomes a warm embrace that bridges the gap between him and me.
My moon-faced Rama watches over me, always.
But sometimes, the moon disappears.
Sometimes, the moon likes to play hide and seek… and other times, the sky simply isn’t clear enough.
But Rama does not leave.
No matter how terrible the night is, or how sure I might be that it is endless…
He drives away all my fears with the light of his hope; the first ray of the morning sun.
And thus the Scion of the Solar Dynasty never fails to make a stellar appearance.
